Beth Grimm is the Controller at LimnoTech and leads and manages the financial and administrative teams. Beth oversees LimnoTech’s financial systems, company purchasing and investments, auditing, taxes, and insurance. Additionally, she leads contract review and subcontracting, manages LimnoTech’s business licenses, federal, state, and city registrations, and filing for international business requirements. Beth oversees 401k and retirement benefits fund administration and other human-resource-related functions.
Beth has a BA in Accounting from the University of Lynchburg. Before joining LimnoTech in 2023, Beth was the Accounting/HR Manager for Norfolk Development and the Payroll Manager at Great Lakes Caring.
Beth works at LimnoTech’s Corporate Headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
